Poster Presentation Guidelines

  • Please note that you have to have one hardcopy of the poster in a size of 4ft in height and 3ft in width. (Portrait size)
  • You have to put up the hardcopy of your poster yourself at the venue before 11.00 am on 02.09.2017 in the designated poster area
    (near registration area). The area has numbers posted on each board. Please put up your poster on the board that has your number on it mentioned above in red
  • Please request the registration desk for any assistance you require on the spot.
  • Please ensure that your poster is prepared so that it can be seen clearly.
  • “Busy Posters” do not serve any purpose.
  • Poster body text must be readable from 2 meters and the title from 4 meters.
  • Please check your work to ensure that there are no typographical or spelling errors.
  • The posters will be judged on 3.09.17 between 10.30 & 11.00 am. Please be present near your poster at this time. You will be notified by an SMS in case of any change in the judging schedule. Please notify a phone number that we can use for this SMS.
  • Please do not be late for the judging.
  • Marks will be allotted for quality of research & quality of presentation. There will be awards for good presentations.
  • In case you are unable to present please do let us know before 25th August, 2017
  • The posters must be removed by the author on 3rd September by 3 pm. The organizers will not be responsible to any damage to the posters.
  • Certificates will be pre-printed in advance in the name of the presenting author. In case there has been any change in the presenting author, please let us know right away.
